Athletes performing their best. We have all seen it. We have watched an athlete or a team of athletes performing their best in the most challenging of situations. Even more impressive, an athlete or team performing their best......game after game and/or season after season. Whether or not you are a spectator or an athlete (present or past), we have seen that familiar scenario. An athlete or team that has an edge. Physically, they have ALL trained, practice, worked hard and put in their time. However, something is giving the winning side more confidence, consistency and poise.
